Timeline

RS21296__MG_3513National bargaining takes place over a three-month period in Spring 2015. Members of the Common Issues Committee (CIC) and bargaining observers come together for five, three-day sessions. Union members also gather for three union delegate conferences.

Bargaining Timeline

Kickoff meeting March 30–April 1 Orange County
Session 1 April 14–16 Los Angeles
Session 2 April 28–30 San Jose
Session 3 May 12–14 Los Angeles
Session 4 June 3–5 Los Angeles


2015 Union Delegate Conferences

The Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions will hold three national delegate conferences in 2015 for Kaiser Permanente workers represented by coalition unions:

•    February 6-7 in San Jose: Training on interest-based bargaining and techniques for engaging union members in the bargaining process
•    March 27-29 in Anaheim: Regular annual delegate conference
•    June 16-17 in Los Angeles: Delegates endorse the tentative National Agreement, if one is reached; the tentative agreement will then go to individual unions for member ratification
